I had an amazing experience with Self Stor Etobicoke and honestly can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received from the team. Muskan was absolutely wonderful from the moment I first came in. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and professional. She took the time to personally show me around, give me a tour of the unit, explain everything clearly, and make sure I was comfortable before reserving. She was genuinely such a pleasant person to deal with and made my first experience at Self Stor a great one. Robin was just as amazing. I spoke with him over the phone and he patiently answered every question I had. More importantly, he went above and beyond to help me resolve a situation and made sure everything was properly taken care of. He was extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I really appreciated the extra effort he put in to help me. When I came back to finalize and secure my unit, Nera was the one who assisted me and he was fantastic as well. He was very friendly, welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to. He walked me through everything, made the process simple and stress-free, and made sure I was completely taken care of before I left. It was a great way to finish off an already positive experience. From my first visit with Muskan, to the phone support from Robin, to finalizing everything with Nera, I received excellent service every step of the way. All three of them deserve recognition for the way they treat their customers. I would absolutely recommend Self Stor Etobicoke to anyone looking for storage. Easy 5 stars!

This was such a great experience! Nera and Robin were absolutely amazing and made the whole process so easy and stress-free for me. They gave me a tour, helped me find the perfect storage space, and even gave me additional discounts, which I really appreciated! They were also incredibly patient and helpful especially with my terrible sense of direction 😂. They helped me choose a unit in a location that would be easy for me to remember and find whenever I come back. The customer service was genuinely excellent from start to finish. Nera and Robin really went above and beyond, and I’m so happy I chose this storage location. Highly recommend! ❤️
