- Are the units clean? Individually alarmed?
- Is there someone living onsite?
- Is the lot completely surrounded by fencing? (In good condition).
- Are the client representatives knowledgeable?
- Are the hallways lit up?
- Are there security cameras?
- Is it temperature controlled?
- Do they offer insurance on your possessions?
The list could go on and on.
The bottom line is – do your homework before trusting your valuables to just anyone.
